Guarantee and Our Return Policy


NutraGlide 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - We guarantee that NutraGlide will work better than any other natural product that you have ever taken for your joints, and will effectively reduce aches, pains, discomfort and stiffness in your body.

Please keep in mind that we are confident that you will obtain results, and that NutraGlide should be used for at least a short period of time to achieve maximum effectiveness.
If after purchasing NutraGlide from Remedic Health, LLC and after using it for 45 days at the recommended dosage and you have not felt noticeable results, Remedic Health, LLC will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the product.

A return authorization must be requested (RMA) by phone or email and placed on the outside of the package that is sent back. Any more than 2 bottles returned will obviously be unused and unopened. A refund request should not be made sooner than 45 days and no later than 60 days from the date you received your product. You must return and we must receive all units, regardless of whether they were used, in order to receive a refund. Any free units that were given at the time of your order must be returned as well.

For non first time NutraGlide customers: You may return NutraGlide within 7 days of your receipt less a 25% restocking charge, shipping and handling. Any returned NutraGlide items must be unopened. A return authorization must be requested (RMA) by phone or email and placed on the outside of the package that is sent back.

Premier Omega-3 orders in which you paid the listed price based on the quantity, you may return any unopened merchandise within 10 days of delivery from Remedic Health, LLC less a 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling. Any returned Premier Omega-3 items must be unopened. A return authorization must be requested (RMA) by phone or email and placed on the outside of the package that is sent back.

Remedilean - If you are not pleased with Remedilean you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, less the regular shipping and handling price. The 30 day window begins when you receive your shipment. See exceptions below

You must return and we must receive all units, regardless of whether they were used, in order to receive a refund. Any free units that were given at the time of your order must be returned as well. At most, one bottle may be opened during the 30 day trial period. Credits can only be issued back to the card that was used to make the purchase. Please note that the guarantee applies to U.S. first time customers.

*If any policy on this page is not met, Remedic Health reserves the right to make a final decision on the eligibility and amount of your return if any. If you have any questions about our policy please call us prior to placing an order.

Exceptions:

  • Any products purchased in association with a "Free Trial" or "Auto-ship Enrollment" cannot be returned.
  • To cancel auto-shipments please email autoship@remedichealth.com
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for Remedilean when there are more than three units returned.
